The following itinerary gives you an overview of the activities included in your evening heritage experience.

Step 1 – Pickup From Your Dubai Hotel

Your journey begins with a shared pickup from your hotel in Dubai between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, depending on the season. Travel in an air-conditioned vehicle towards the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, where an evening of desert exploration and traditional Arabian hospitality awaits.

Step 2 – Arrival at Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve

Upon arrival, receive a traditional Arabic headscarf and a complimentary stainless-steel water bottle. Meet your conservation guide, learn about the reserve and prepare for a memorable drive through its protected desert landscape.

Step 3 – 60-Minute Nature Safari in a Vintage Land Rover

Climb aboard a classic Land Rover and begin a guided 60-minute journey across the golden dunes. Your guide will introduce you to the desert’s natural ecosystem, explain traditional Bedouin survival practices and help you discover the region’s native vegetation and wildlife.

Keep your camera ready for the beautiful desert scenery and possible wildlife sightings.

Step 4 – Sunset Falconry Demonstration

Enjoy an impressive falconry show set against the warm colours of the Arabian sunset. Observe the birds in action and learn about the centuries-old tradition of falconry, an important part of Emirati heritage.

Step 5 – Traditional Welcome at the Bedouin Camp

Arrive at a beautiful torch-lit camp, where a traditional welcome of Arabic coffee and dates introduces you to Arabian hospitality. Explore cultural demonstrations, including bread-making and coffee preparation. Enjoy a short camel ride, participate in henna activities and experience the relaxed atmosphere of the desert camp.

Step 6 – Four-Course Traditional Emirati Dinner

Settle into a traditional majlis-style dining area and enjoy a four-course dinner featuring authentic regional flavours.

The dining experience includes a selection of soups, starters, main courses and desserts, bringing together dishes inspired by Emirati and wider Middle Eastern cuisine.

Step 7 – Cultural Performances and Stargazing

Experience traditional Emirati entertainment through lively drumming and Yola dance performances.

After the cultural activities, enjoy the peaceful desert surroundings and admire the night sky during the stargazing experience.

Step 8 – Return Transfer to Your Hotel

After an evening filled with desert discoveries, cultural experiences and traditional dining, board your transfer vehicle for the return journey. Hotel drop-off generally takes place between 9:30 PM and 11:30 PM, depending on seasonal timings and transfer arrangements.

A highlight of this experience is the four-course traditional dinner served at the Bedouin camp.

The dining experience introduces guests to a variety of regional dishes, combining traditional recipes with a comfortable desert setting.
