4. Payment Terms

- Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before the travel date to avoid cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more before travel: 50% of the total package cost will be charged
- Cancellation between 29 to 15 days before travel: 80% of the total package cost will be charged
- Cancellation between 14 to 1 day before travel: 100% of the total package cost will be charged
Visa fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after cancellation confirmation.
- The refund amount may take 7 to 14 working days to reflect in your account.
