Important Information

• Each and every guest has to be required by the law to carry their original Emirates ID. 
• As a tourist, you need to carry your original passport. 
• As a resident, you are required to carry an Emirates ID, Emirates Driving License, and passport. 
• If the guests do not have any of the above-mentioned documents with them, then there is a fine worth AED 1500 per person as per the damage waiver agreement. 
• If any of the guests are seen abusing alcohol or following reckless behaviour, then this might result in hefty fines. 
• If you are taking any of the yacht tours, it is compulsory for guests to wear life jackets, whenever the coast guards make it necessary or provide the guests with a weather warning. 
• Dumping garbage, or littering during the tours or safaris will not tolerated in any case, and can be punishable by the law. 

Children Policy

• Conditions and Child age might change depending on the individual service. 
• Make sure that you check the terms and conditions before booking any services. 
• If you are bringing any children on the tour, then make sure that they are within the age range on the day of participation. 
• Some of the activities and tours might not be suitable for people of a certain age group. Ensure that you refer to the product before making a choice.  

Clothing 

• For tours, make sure that you wear something which is comfortable. Footwear must include shoes. 
• In desert safaris, ensure that you avoid wearing open-toed shoes. 
• For yacht tours make sure that you remove the footwear before boarding the yachts

Damage Waiver and Liabilities

• It is important to note that are only acting as an online booking agent, we have no liability in respect of the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third parties. Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of the travel services or products.
• Dubai City Sightseeing will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages caused by improper use of our online booking service, membership services, illegal use of services or change in information supplied by users.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be read as excluding, restricting or modifying rights under the Trade Practices Act and other legislation given to consumers concerning the supply of goods and services.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation fee and refund policy
• Please check the cancellation policy on the relevant page at the time of reservation.
• If we are forced to change your booking or part of your booking for any reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to vary your itinerary and will endeavour to give you notice thereof. In case of cancellation by the tour operator, you will receive a full refund.
• However, Dubai City Sightseeing shall not be liable for damages incurred by the client owing to the reasons listed herein and those similar to Natural disasters, war disturbances, acts of terror, uprisings and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
• Accidents of fire related to transportation, accommodation facilities, and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
• Orders of foreign government officials, immigration regulations, isolation as the result of infectious disease and alteration or cancellation due to such causes accidents occurring during the passenger’s free activities, Food poisoning: Infectious disease (Virus or any transmittable disease such as COVID-19), and Theft
• We have the right to change the cancellation policy when necessary.

All of the staff present during the tours and safaris are hired on the basis of their qualification and experience. So, you don’t have to worry about the capabilities of the crew present onsite. They are experts in their field, it should be ensured that the guests/clients are respectful of that. The order of the staff is final and guests must comply with that. Any cases of anti-social or abusive behaviour towards the crew would not be entertained for a second. 

Online Payment Terms

• If you are using a Visa or Mastercard, then make sure that you know that the transaction will be made in the AED currency. 
• If the customer is a minor, or under the age of 18 would not be considered a user on the website, and would not be able to do any transactions. 
• We possess the right to charge any of the cardholders with the charges of damages, or violations. 

Booking 

• Instant booking: This is when you book a certain product or service by paying everything upfront with the credit card payment method. The booking confirmation will be sent to you directly on your mobile number and e-mail ID. If there is an issue with the confirmed date, then we will make sure that we suggest an alternate date for the activity. 
• Request Booking: This type of booking will take at least 3 business days till you receive a reply from us. Once we have confirmed the booking, along with the credit card payment, a confirmation will be sent to your email ID. Even in that case if your booking is not confirmed, we will try to provide you with an alternative plan, time or date. 
• All of Dubai City Sightseeing’s operational dates are based on the UAE calendar. 
• There are some of the tours and activities require a signature on the “consent of participation” document. 

Travel Insurance

Dubai City Sightseeing deems that all customers making any payment towards a booking from this website have represented themselves as being healthy for travel. Should they have any serious illness, no participation is accepted until being guaranteed by professional physicians as being fit for travel. Customers shall assume all responsibilities and shall not seek any litigation or compensation from Dubai City Sightseeing under any circumstances should the customer become ill during the tour. Dubai City Sightseeing shall use its best efforts to assist and provide for the comfort of the customer but does not assume any legal liability.

Dubai City Sightseeing strongly recommends you purchase insurance on medical, tour cancellation, flight delay, baggage, personal accident and related insurance in order to get full protection against any unforeseen circumstances.

Dubai City Sightseeing shall be exempt from any liability in the event of any accident arising from, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during the tour, etc. Settlements will ensue following rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that Dubai City Sightseeing will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this Site or the use of the information contained in this Site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against Dubai City Sightseeing.
