Booking Policy

• New Year’s Eve reservations are accepted according to availability and are confirmed once the applicable payment has been received.
• After confirmation, guests will receive their booking voucher through email or WhatsApp.
• Please review the date, guest count, package, and other reservation details before making the payment.
• The listed price remains subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Travel Saga Tourism may need to adjust or cancel a reservation because of unforeseen operational circumstances. In such situations, guests will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund, where applicable.
• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID or passport if it is required for the event.
• Guests using included transportation must follow the assigned pickup schedule. Missed transfers caused by late arrival will not be refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations can be requested until 20th December.
• A full refund is available for cancellations made before 1st December.
• Cancellations made between 1st December and 20th December qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received after 20th December are not eligible for a refund.
• No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or services that have already been partially used.
• The date of cancellation will be based on when the written request reaches Travel Saga Tourism.

Refund Policy

• Eligible cancellation requests are reviewed before the refund is authorised.
• Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 7–14 working days.
• The amount is returned through the original payment method used for the reservation.
• Depending on the payment method, refunds may be returned to a credit card, debit card, bank account, or through another applicable payment channel.
• Guests will be informed after the refund has been initiated and provided with transaction details where available.
• The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the account depends on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
• Guests who do not receive the refund within the expected timeframe can contact the support team for assistance in tracking the payment.

Here’s everything you need to know about when to arrive and what your seat will cost.

Boarding Details

Boarding takes place at Dubai Marina Yacht Club, with pickup from your hotel between 7:00 and 8:00 PM (timing may vary depending on your location, and traffic delays are common on the night). Arrive within your boarding window, 9:00 to 10:00 PM, to keep check-in smooth for everyone. The yacht departs at 10:00 PM with welcome drinks, and cruises until 2:00 AM, a full 4 hours on the water, sailing past Atlantis The Palm, Ain Dubai, and Burj Al Arab.

As midnight approaches, guests gather on deck at 11:45 PM, with the ten-second countdown beginning at 11:59:50 PM. The yacht docks back at the Marina at 2:00 AM, with drop-off for transfer guests following between 2:00 and 2:30 AM.

Deck Pricing

Choose your deck based on how you want to spend the night.

• Lower Deck: 2,500 AED: Air-conditioned comfort throughout the cruise
• Upper Deck: 3,600 AED: Open-air seating with unobstructed skyline and fireworks views

Either way, you get the same dinner, the same DJ, and the same countdown to 2027.

• 12:00 AM: Midnight, fireworks light up the sky, followed by cake cutting and celebrations
• 12:00 – 2:00 AM: The after-party continues onboard
• 2:00 AM: Yacht returns to the dock
• 2:00 – 2:30 AM: Drop-off begins for guests who opted for transfers

Parking Info

If arriving by self-arrival, park at Dubai Marina Mall for free for the first 3 hours, or at Marina Walk for AED 20/hr.

• By Metro: Take the Red Line to DMCC Metro Station, then it’s roughly an 8–10 minute walk to Dubai Marina Yacht Club, behind Al Marsa Tower or Pier 7.
• By Bus: Bus routes 8, 84, or X92 stop near Dubai Marina Yacht Club, with a short walk to the boarding point.
• By Car or Taxi: Search “Dubai Marina Yacht Club” or “Pier 7, Dubai Marina” on Google Maps. Careem, Uber, or RTA Dubai Taxi can take you directly there.

Dress Code

• Party chic or smart casual: classy, confident, and celebratory
• Gentlemen: Shirts, chinos, or blazers with loafers
• Ladies: Flowy cocktail dresses or trendy evening attire that lets you enjoy the city lights in comfort
• Avoid flip-flops or beach attire: This is one of Dubai’s most exclusive yacht parties, and the night should look its best

Things to Carry

• Valid Emirates ID or Passport: mandatory for boarding
• Camera or smartphone: to capture the fireworks over the Arabian Gulf
• Light jacket or shawl: the breeze picks up on deck after dark
• Power bank: this night takes more photos than your battery can handle
• E-ticket or booking confirmation: keep it on hand for a smooth check-in

Things to Not Carry

• Outside food or drinks, a full meal and beverages are already included onboard
• Knives, matches, or lighters
• Large luggage, there’s no space to store it
• Illegal substances or prohibited goods
• Personal sound systems, the onboard DJ has the night covered

Tour Guidelines

• Leave early and arrive at the boarding point on time
• Listen carefully to the crew’s instructions, they are there to keep you safe and comfortable
• No outside food or beverages are permitted, since the package is fully inclusive
• Smoking is permitted only in designated deck areas
• Children should remain under adult supervision at all times
• Be respectful toward fellow guests, everyone’s here to make the night memorable

Health & Comfort Tips

• Motion sickness: If you are prone to seasickness, consider taking your usual motion-sickness medicine before boarding, following the medicine’s instructions.
• Choose your position wisely: If boat movement makes you uncomfortable, staying closer to the centre of the yacht can help. Avoid spending the entire evening at the far front or rear if you are sensitive to motion.
• Eat light before boarding: Have something light before the cruise. Avoid very heavy or greasy food if it tends to make you nauseous.
• Stay hydrated: Drink water regularly throughout the evening, particularly if you are dancing or spending time on the open deck.
• Go easy on alcohol: Alcohol can contribute to dehydration and may make dizziness or motion sickness worse.
• Get fresh air: If you start feeling nauseous, step into a suitable open-air area, look toward the horizon and avoid focusing on your phone.
• Dress for the breeze: Evenings on the water can feel cooler and windier than on land, so carry a light jacket or shawl.
• Wear comfortable footwear: Choose comfortable, secure footwear that makes walking and standing on the yacht easier. High heels can be less practical on a moving deck.
• Carry essential medication: Bring any regular medication you may need during the evening and keep it easily accessible.
• Take breaks: A four-to-five-hour yacht party can be tiring. Sit down and take a break if you feel dizzy, overheated or exhausted.
• Tell the crew if you feel unwell: Don’t ignore persistent nausea, dizziness, weakness or other unusual symptoms. Inform a crew member so they can assist you.
