Boarding Details

Boarding takes place at Dubai Harbour, with pickup from your hotel between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. Arrive within your boarding window, 9:00 to 10:00 PM, to keep check-in smooth for everyone. The cruise departs promptly at 10:00 PM and continues until 1:00 AM, a full 3 hours on the water. Drop-off at your hotel follows between 1:30 and 2:00 AM.

Deck Pricing

Choose your deck based on how you want to spend the night.

• Lower Deck: 900 AED: Air-conditioned comfort throughout the cruise
• Upper Deck: 1,100 AED: Open-air seating with unobstructed skyline and fireworks views

Either way, you get the same dinner, the same DJ, and the same countdown to 2027.

Booking Policy

• All New Year’s Eve bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
• A booking confirmation voucher will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your reservation is successfully processed.
• Guests are advised to verify all booking details, including travel date, number of guests, and selected package, before confirming the reservation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
• Travel Saga Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund.
• Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID or passport (where applicable) on the day of the event.
• Transportation, if included, will be provided according to the scheduled pickup and drop-off timings. Missed transfers due to guest delays are non-refundable. Read our booking policy for more information.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations are accepted only until 20th December.
• 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made before 1st December.
• 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 1st December and 20th December.
• No refund will be applicable for cancellations made after 20th December, no-shows, late arrivals, or partially utilised services.
• Refund eligibility is calculated based on the date on which the cancellation request is received by Travel Saga Tourism.

Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed only after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.
• Refunds are generally initiated within 7–14 working days from the date of confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited using the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash, where applicable).
• Once the refund has been processed, our team will notify you with the transaction details.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
• If you do not receive your refund after the expected processing period, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in tracking the transaction.
