Booking Policy

• New Year’s Eve reservations are subject to availability and are secured once the required payment, either full or partial, has been received.
• Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation voucher will be sent to the guest by email or WhatsApp.
• Before making payment, guests should check the booking date, number of travellers, package selection, and other reservation details carefully.
• The advertised price may change until the reservation has been officially confirmed.
• If unforeseen operational circumstances require a change or cancellation, Travel Saga Tourism may modify the arrangement. Guests will be offered an alternative option or a full refund where applicable.
• Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID or passport if required for boarding or event entry.
• For bookings that include transportation, guests must be ready according to the assigned pickup schedule. Transfers missed because of guest delays will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation requests will be accepted up to 20th December.
• Requests received before 1st December are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Requests received from 1st December to 20th December are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Bookings cancelled after 20th December are non-refundable. The same applies to no-shows, late arrivals, and services that have already been partially used.
• The refund percentage will be determined by the date and time the cancellation request is received by Travel Saga Tourism.

Refund Policy

• Once a cancellation request is received, the booking will be reviewed to determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
• Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds will be returned through the original payment channel used for the booking, such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash where applicable.
• Guests will be notified once the refund has been processed and may receive the relevant transaction details.
• The actual time taken for the funds to reach the guest’s account can vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
• If the refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, guests can contact the support team for assistance in checking its status.

Boarding Details

Boarding takes place at Dubai Harbour, with pickup from your hotel between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. Arrive within your boarding window, 9:00 to 10:00 PM, to keep check-in smooth for everyone. The cruise departs promptly at 10:00 PM and continues until 1:00 AM, a full 3 hours on the water. Drop-off at your hotel follows between 1:30 and 2:00 AM.

Deck Pricing

Choose your deck based on how you want to spend the night.

• Lower Deck: 1,100 AED: Air-conditioned comfort throughout the cruise
